It's nice to step out of your comfort zone for awhile, but it'a wonderful to have an established routine and home to step into when you're done. :-)DJanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07152183871573797791noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2643182421561288851.post-25646756715891568582016-04-18T19:04:13.339-07:002016-04-18T19:04:13.339-07:00I don't want to own an RV. But I do think what you are doing sounds great. We are getting ready to head out for our first retired road trip - to Utah mostly, in order to visit a few National Parks. I'm looking forward to the journey, but we're traveling by car and sleeping in motels with full size showers, and I'm not doing any cooking. A part of me would like to travel with my temporary home like you do, but I don't think it's in the cards for us. Either way, I already know that I'll be happy to be home when we get done traveling.Sandihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15923693784234135636noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2643182421561288851.post-15147513589790977382016-04-18T14:19:40.200-07:002016-04-18T14:19:40.200-07:00I do love to go on day trips, but I always love go...I do love to go on day trips, but I always love going home. We love being out in nature so that sounds fun. As a park host, do you stay there for free?Terra https://www.blogger.com/profile/04396481049075747940noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2643182421561288851.post-18311857167296643922016-04-18T09:12:39.964-07:002016-04-18T09:12:39.964-07:00As much as my husband and I like to travel, I know...As much as my husband and I like to travel, I know that we both want a home base as well. Seems many buy those big RV's and then they sit in lots somewhere, rarely used. Nice to know you are meeting many that do use them. And, we've met a few people who host as you are doing. Great way to meet new people, for certain. Bet that is most interesting to hear their tales.Midlife Roadtripperhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06700277803842883251noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2643182421561288851.post-36817330661811810112016-04-18T08:17:53.740-07:002016-04-18T08:17:53.740-07:00I think it's great you have the best of both w...I think it's great you have the best of both worlds Wendyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01103884780854638066noreply@blogger.com
